Reformer Pilates in Warsaw – group classes in Mokotów

Small groups of up to 4 people, BASI Systems equipment and certified instructors. You work at your own pace while the instructor watches and corrects every movement.

What a class looks like

Classes last about 55 minutes on BASI Systems reformers: apparatus with springs and a gliding platform that lets us set the resistance precisely. We start with a warm-up and breathing, then work on strength, stability and mobility of the whole body and finish with stretching. With four people, the instructor has time for each of you.
